Juarez police detain 20 migrants in hotel

Members of Mexico's National Guard and Juarez local and state police raid a motel in Southeast Juarez where a kidnapping was reported. Authorities said no one was being held against their will but did find 20 foreign nationals waiting to be crossed into the United States. They were taken into custody and were to be routed to migrant shelters or the Mexican National Immigration Institute for processing.
