Cartel murders on the rise in Juarez; U.S. lawmakers wants to designate groups as terrorist organizations

Murders rose again in Juarez, Mexico in August, as Mexican officials blamed drug cartels for most of the killings and say the U.S. has a role in the violence because of its people's insatiable demand for drugs. Meantime, a U.S. lawmaker has filed a bill to designate the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations.
