BORDER REPORT'S SANDRA SANCHEZ WITNESSED WATER BEING TAKEN FROM CANALS NEXT TO THE RIO GRANDE ON THURSDAY, AUG. 4, 2022, SOUTH OF MISSION, TEXAS, DESPITE WATER CONSERVATION ORDERS FOR RESIDENTS IN THE REGION DUE TO THE DROUGHT.
