Border Patrol agents arrest gang members

RIO GRANDE VALLEY, Texas ⁠— U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested two Salvadoran nationals who are alleged members of notoriously dangerous and rival gangs.

On Friday, agents arrested a member of the 18th Street gang in McAllen agents on Friday.

Late last week, Rio Grande City agents caught an immigrant attempting to cross illegally into the U.S. near Roma. Records revealed that he is a member of the Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13 gang.
